We are finding that some people are not quite grasping the feel and sizing of our space through the renders for some reason. We are going to place the renders into photos to put them in context in places where they would actually be.
We are also looking into doing a CryEngine (or another 3D space rendering program) walkthrough. It could be a pre-filmed video or allow users to walk through the space using a controller. It would give a much better feel of the space, although as the space is quite small and 'single-roomed' it may not end up being necessary.
Think Space clusters?
Small 'clusters' of Think Spaces could be a good opportunity to create small community vibes or to simply assist in team projects while still allowing separate isolated workspaces. The way the spaces are arranged to frame different views and all face away from each other works quite well too.

Enspiral Workspace research
It's interesting how the space is completely open during the day and restricted after office hours. This could be a way of involving the public more in our space while still having it predominantly business people. Although, we do want it to be easily accessible to business people and not have to force them to go at night when it isn't busy, this sort of takes away from our message of taking breaks...
This is an awesome idea. Just by using the space you have access to a partner space over in Bali. This is a HUGE incentive to take a holiday/break as there is still the knowledge that, if needed, you have 5 days access to an office to make some calls, send some emails or do any other work that may be needed. The concept means that the Bali space acts as a sort of 'safety net' that comforts the business people and empowers them to book a holiday without the stress of not being able to complete work if plans change.
Different sized spaces for different uses. These are smaller, private spaces aside from the main communal working space. Very similar to our idea of having multiple different sized spaces for different uses. This definitely legitimises the value of our idea.

Feedback after presenting
- Focus more on making sure the actual space and all the logistics are perfect before spending too much time on the other elements.
- Potentially turn the exterior bike rack into more of a bike sharing service.
- Make sure the idea add value to the information received from the space/website. If a big component is teaching users about how to implement these ideas into their own workspaces then make sure that there is some added value to using the space rather than just googling it.
- Be your own 'devil's advocate'. Identify all the potential barriers and pain points around the idea and try to combat them.
- We mentioned our idea about creating an app component to the website which they all thought was a bit unnecessary as long as the website was mobile friendly just in case.
- We also mentioned an idea we had about creating multiple different types of workspaces for different uses. For example there might be larger spaces for meetings or group projects and smaller singular spaces for conference calls or just getting away and working for a bit.

In office material development
These ideas are not meant to be hugely functional as they could just end up stressing out the user more but work around the idea that the 'conversation' will need to be kept alive within the office to combat the people who don't want to get involved in the space and to also remind the people who have that it is still available.
