We came up with these quirky ideas that don't necessarily strengthen the idea and aren't really hugely functional but act as a reminder. Every 20 pages or so in the notepad the user will come across a black page which they are unable to write on and encourages them to 'take 5'. The pencil works around the idea that every so often the lead is white so the pencil will basically be unusable and will force the user to sit there and scribble for a bit to get rid of the white lead essentially giving them a mental break.
These ideas are not meant to be hugely functional as they could just end up stressing out the user more but work around the idea that the 'conversation' will need to be kept alive within the office to combat the people who don't want to get involved in the space and to also remind the people who have that it is still available.
